My Stay In Long Island part 1.

Sorry I'm just now getting to posting about my stay in NY, when I'll be leaving soon. I've been so busy that I haven't had time to actually sit down and write about it until now.

I am currently residing in Long Island, with my host mom and her girls: Mia, Nicki, Sam, Molly and KIRSTEN!! It was so exciting meeting another Kirsten. The Kirsten here looks SO different from me, but the same also! She is shorter than I am too. Here is a close up of our faces, next to eachother:

ok so anyways... I was delivered to my current abode on March 11. The delivery dude dropped me on the doorstep and split. So I was just laying there in my box for HOURS!! I was really bored and anxious which is not a great combination! But finally I heard a car pull up nearby, with a car slam, and footsteps... then I was lifted and carried away. I felt myself going upstairs and towards many little excited voices. I was finally placed down and could feel myself being surrounded by other dolls who were just as anxious to meet me, as I was to meet them.

I heard tape being ripped and some light creeping in

And finally...

*(my eyes are closed 'cause, honestly I was a little nervous/scared, athough I am getting much more used to this whole thing, you never know what to expect in a new home!)

We were all so excited to meet each other!

We sat around in a circle telling stories. I was the only traveling girl in the bunch!!

It was really cool to share stories. I love all of these new dolls, they are are all really nice and we all got along right away!

It was pretty late outside already and we were all getting tired, so it was time for a bath and to get ready for bed.

Kirsten and I put on matching PJS!! it was fun! We had a mini-slumber party. She was soooo excited because she never met another Kirsten before!

SO, that was my first night in my new home!!!

I really like it here. OH and I also met a cat named Jacs, who reminds me a little bit of Charlotte back home, and I was a little home sick, I miss Missy and Grandlinda, and everyone else back at home! But I am glad that I get to travel and know it's a great opportunity for me! As I can see from all the places I have been, very few dolls are as lucky to travel as I am!!

I have so much more to tell you about (I spend the day pretend working at Bloomingdale's, and 4 days in florida!!), but I will save those stories for a little bit later!!
